These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of the paid, AI-generated premium report (the “AI report”) on darkquiz.com. The personality test and all other content on the website remain free and are not subject to these terms.

The offer is aimed at consumers and businesses aged 16 and over. A consumer is any natural person who enters into the contract for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

The subject of the contract is the one-time creation and provision of an individual, AI-generated text report based on your answers in the Dark Triad test. The report is shown digitally in your account and is also available as a PDF download.

• The report is for entertainment and self-reflection only.
• It is not psychological, medical, therapeutic or legal advice, and not a diagnosis.
• The content is generated automatically by an AI language model; despite careful design, individual wording, assessments or inaccuracies are possible. No specific content or outcome is owed.

Displaying the AI report on the website is not yet a binding offer. By selecting the report, accepting these terms and the withdrawal policy, and clicking the payment-obligating order/pay button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract.

Payment is processed via our payment provider Stripe. The contract is concluded once successful payment is confirmed. You can access and save the contract text (these terms) at any time at /agb.

An account is required for the purchase so that the report is stored permanently and remains accessible at any time.

The price shown on the order page applies. It is a one-time price; there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

The stated price is the final price. The provider is a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG); therefore no VAT is charged or shown.

Payment is made via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) using the payment methods offered there; the payment provider's terms apply in addition. A receipt is provided on request.

After successful payment, creation of the report begins immediately. It is provided digitally in your account and as a PDF download, usually within a few minutes.

If creation fails for technical reasons (e.g. temporary unavailability of the AI service), you can retry without paying again. If the report cannot be provided at all, we refund the amount paid.

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Although the AI report is created immediately after payment, we voluntarily grant you the full 14-day right of withdrawal and do not require you to waive it in advance.

— Withdrawal instructions —

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yusuf Senel · Log-System Development, Von-Hünefeld-Str. 8, 40764 Langenfeld, Germany, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

The statutory provisions for the supply of digital products apply (in particular §§ 327 et seq. German Civil Code). If a defect results from faulty provision by us, we will re-provide the report or refund the purchase price.

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damages based on intent or gross negligence. For slightly negligent damages we are only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

The AI report is for entertainment and self-reflection only and does not replace professional advice. We accept no liability for decisions you make based on the report. Any further liability is excluded.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; for consumers this applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of habitual residence.

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
